I use these at high school every week day, so they through a lot of tugging, adjusting, taking them off and on, clicking on mic (great mic btw), sharing an ear I've read that and done some of it but I still can't use the Ampire without some cracking and noise. I guess I can try buying a new adapter to rule that out. Sorry, maybe I considered "noise" and "static" to be interchangeable when they shouldn't be. The wire's length is generous and looks so awesome, and has minimal rub noise. These don't have as detailed separation of the sound, but it's still pretty good for this price range of headphones.
