The temphack thingy will not work without admin rights, which makes it a pointless "hack" if you want to call it a hack. If you had admin rights, you wouldn't need to steal the pw.

Do a torrent search for "HawkPE-40". Burn the cd image. Boot up the system with it. Change PW from main menu.

HOW TO FULLY PROTECT XP

You don't need to buy extra software. You can do it with freeware.

This method works fine for most users, except for gamers that need the performance of the host OS. This is a waste of system resources but if you REALLY need to be secure, this is the way.

1. Install a copy of XP. We'll call this the "host OS".

2. Next install VMWARE or VirtualPC on the host OS.

3. Now install TRUECRYPT on the host OS, which is freeware and allows you to create heavily encrypted container files that act as drives.

4. Using truecrypt create a huge encrypted volume to hold your hidden OS. Leave a little room for the host OS. 10gig is enough for the host os. As long as you're not using it for anything else.

5. Using VMWARE or VIRTUALPC install the hidden OS with it's image stored on the encrypted volume.

Each time you need to run the hidden OS, load the volume, enter your password, load up VM/VPC and off you go. Each time you shutoff the computer or logoff, the contents are re-encrypted. No one us busting into that. NOBODY!

The nonpassword admin account is only in the original XP or if the user bought one pre-installed. If you install SP2 or later yourself, you are asked to enter an administrator password.

Hiding your tracks? Depends on what you are after. If you are after info, then you can just copy the stuff using an NTFS capable boot disk. No tracks are left. If you're looking to gain perm access, there's no way to hide unless you restore the system each time you leave and reestablish the hack each time you need access. This can be done using a backup acquired with a boot disk. Load bootcd, run backup, install hack, access computer, then restore backup. Too easy.

Regardless, you'd probably get caught by an external network device detecting traffic.

another way to use their account without changing their password would be just to type in explorer.exe after command prompt launches. it launches that user's explorer allowing you to access their files, even surf the web although not all programs will run i.e. itunes or other shit i don't know about. just as long as you do not exit out of command prompt or attempt to use task manager if you do it would require you to type in a password you wouldn't know. but of course you need administrator access to even do this but all windows xp has a built nonpassword admin account. so i'm assuming you can get other "password files" from other users by using this method.
