How to Hack a Window XP Admins Password (2.0)
The most popular post I have ever made on this site is still to this day the article about how to hack a windows admin password. There have been many Windows updates after this post was released and I believe they fixed what was causing the vulnerability. A very nice person has just commented with a detailed explanation on how to hack the admin password on the new version of Windows. Here is it:
1.you should have ur own cmputer at home.or at least a computer from someone who can use a cd writer.
2.use nero 7 downloadable from net
3.create bootable disk.
4.bring the disk to your victims computer.
5.boot from it.(it mounts NTFS)
6.type “c:” enter
7.type “dir” enter
8.if you see WINDOWS ok fine.but if not you have to try other drive letters and do the same process (u cn try d: or e: until yo’ll find WINDOWS).
9.if succeed type “copy c:\windows\system32\config\SAM c:\folder” (this copy SAM & create folder in c:)
10.repeat but change “SAM” to “SYSTEM”.
11.remember use “c:” only if you seen WINDOWS in “c:” but if not use the drive letter that has.
12.get Offline Registry Editor from Pnordhal donloadable from net.
13.follow instructions.use it.it will blank your administrator password.
14.log on using administrator blank password.
15.non-domain users press ctrl+alt+del (press del twice, del only).type in.
16.have a copy of SAMInside.follow instructions using SAM file.(from internet)
17.export users to PWDump file.
17.have a copy of LOpthcrack 5
18.follow instructions.crack passwd using importing PWDump.browse file.follow instructions.that’s it.
19.You have ur administrator password.hack ur own PC.and bring back the original administrator password from users options.
20.blanking ur administrator pass disables ur access to “ENCRYPTED” files only, if u made one , but not all files.
21.if u dont want to blank ur password then do this at home.crack ur password at home.
22.some of these steps came from authors of mentioned products, except create boot disk part & changing back admin password.i discovered it myself.
23.thanks to the authors.

This changes a users password.
Go to the command prompt. its usually on the start menu. when it opens type
net user then hit enter/return
then type
net user “user name” then hit enter/return
and then type a password.
Where “user name” is type the name of the user that you want to change the password.

Well this is all and well but, I was over at my friends yesterday and I do not know if it works on Windows XP sp2 i know for a fact it works on sp1 If you live at someones and you share a comp but dont have access to everything and the root refuses to let you log on his / her account then all you do is when you boot the comp just hold down F8 from the moment a screen comes up dos will then ask which safe mode would you like to boot up in and you can easily click on either administrator which is the root unlike the other accounts aka owner but you can boot it up and change every password the admin will not know how to access the computer if he is nub cause you can change his pass word along with yours and change your power over the computer.

Mostly the F8 safeboot does nok work, also this hack above does not work on most updated SP2 installations AFAIK.
What we would need, could be a linux cd created for the stuff, or a very unprotected computer. If we say that the Windows XP SP2 machine is fully updated, we either need a linux cd, or a kind of SAM file hack for the guestuser.
anyone got anything ?
if u have time,intall a new XP OS on that cmptr using DOS, boot.ini will change & u will have hv 2 boot options,now u can access SAM using ur new OS.
there so many ways as long as u know u have to have SAM & SYSTEM.be resourceful.
using F8 is only when the admin is blank,you can never use it if it is password protected.
and what do u need 4 F8 is admin is blank,access it in a normal boot.
and hey windows safeboots on F8, all u need is timing.
if u r really interested to hv admin pass using ur guest account, learn how to use C and look for exploits.
i dont get u how come u say u could get into a system by learning your c?????

Free internet? The only way I know to get free internet is by going to a free wifi hotspot or stealing someone else’s signal.

Ok I don’t really condone this but all you got to do is get a van or a car whichever you have a laptop and drive into a nice looking neiborhood (preffrably a white unmarked van with no windows) get your self a few diffrent wifi receivers and some signal boosters and find a wireless network that has no pass and is not enycrpted pick the fastest and start your connection do what you need for the time and then once your download is complete or whatever drive away.

Yea even though this would work perfectly, it is very shady and definitely illegal. Plus you would have to sit in some random neighborhood to use the internet.
Just go to a bookstore with a free wifi connection, they all have them.

Oh and if any of you do think about doing it just go look at some of the cases about these people who do that you can pay fines and jail time probation if your are caught. Not to mention just the fact that your neighbors might be able to figure out and once that happens your pwnt. So yah don’t

Question … Would this work if users are on a domain password?
I know that it does not create a user name under the profile users… WOuld this be possible to get users information?
