ePN Slowly Dying…Or Are They?

A little while back I wrote a post about how I thought ePN was going to die and publishers needed to look elsewhere for their revenue. Since then, ePN has done a total 180 degree turn and has been doing better for me. Their backend is still solid so basically they fixed the only thing that I had a problem with: earnings.
My revenue continues to increase and I’m currently earning an average of $8 EPC (earnings per 100 clicks). This is pretty decent seeing how when I wrote the previous article my EPC was sitting at around $1.50. A ton of the biggest publishers are still banned from ePN for unknown reasons (eBay claims quality reasons but who knows) and I could be banned at any time. Because of this I am still trying to integrate ePN where I can but I’m not investing a large chunk of my time into it like I used to. I figure I’ll just spend any spare time I have into building more BANS sites and promoting them.
The reason I like ePN’s structure so much is because it takes minimal effort from me after setup. If I never put another minute of time into building and promoting sites, I would still get a nice chunk of change every month in my PayPal account without lifting a finger (assuming I don’t get banned). Has anyone else still had success with ePN? Post to the comments, I’d love to know. Unfortunately, ePN is not accepting US applications anymore, so accounts just became very valuable:).

I’m still having a bit of success with my BANS sites. I haven’t dedicated as much time to them as I should have, but I need to… I definitely don’t want to get banned for having just a bunch of weak affiliate sites.
Just curious, when you build a BANS site, do you use the scripts from Kelvin Firminger, or do you build them using anything that uses the EPN feed? ie, WordPress and plugins, etc…
i have been using BANS (build a nice store) for about a year and half. its the easiest script in my opinion. the only problem is i think google has fingerprinted the BANS script so you can’t really rank well if you use it. but yahoo and msn i have no problem and rank #1 and #2 for big terms.
I hate the fact that people are getting banned. As a member of epn, you just never know when the axe is gonna come down without reason.
It scares me, but for now, I just try to fly right and hope the $$$ keeps coming in.
yea exactly. i just dont want to put too much effort in in case i get banned. i actually stopped all together a few months back when everyone was getting banned but now that it has calmed down a little i am going to start back up again.
I have been doing better with EPN as well. I also think it is scary that EPN could ban any one at anytime. Everything that you have worked for could be taken away just like that. Scary… but then I guess that is the world we live in.
im still not banned which is good….and doing very well this month.
How long is it taking you guys to get EPN accounts approved?

I have been banned I suppose. I cannot log into my account. I had commission of $420.00 and can’t belive they will not even answer my emails to them. Is there a different affiliate program I could go with? If you know of one please let me know. You might want to check out consult sites. They have sites ready to go and you can pick up a site for $29.00 in some cases. They use WordPress.
