good points. If i start getting clicks, ill leave it up for a while and see how they convert. I know it works for some people (tom ferris), so we’ll see how it goes.

Is the ad ugly or just sticks out too much? Sticking out may not be a bad thing:).

Personally dont like the ebay banner on the top of your blog. Does not blend with your the Santa Cruz beach pic.

Somehow i feel eBay has become a commodity and every other person knows about it. Why would someone go to eBay through the banner on your blog ?

That said, experimenting is good…
