The latest versions of Malwarebytes and AVG do not find anything on this pc. I don't know what to do anymore, she didn't want to format because she (the owner of the computer) doesn't have the drivers or windows recovery disk.

A case like this could easily cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. If you downloaded a zipped HJT file unzip it to the permanent folder so you have C:\hijackthis\hijackthis.exe. But we'll see what happens. Please click here if you are not redirected within a few seconds.
Click that, save the log somewhere, and copy/paste the hjt log into new topic in the forum above. I don't know what they expect.
