Maybe the drivers programming was a little corrupt after you downloaded it(if you did). Every other second or so, my computer does a little jump, and if I try and play music it's scratchy and jumpy. They used to say this right at the driver download page, and at the start of install instructions as STEP 1, but for some reason had stopped a little while ago. By fighting on the desktop to get to SmartGart and reducing AGP to 4x and disabling Fast Writes, I finally got a clear logon and desktop and games now work. I thought it might be the processor or motherboard, but after switching to 16 bit color and back to 32 bit, the problems completely went away and I was able to this contact form The AIW 9700 Pro here would boot the Windows Logo with little white boxes all over, then a corrupted logon.
